1. Agreement

By accessing datafilter.eu (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What the Site is

The Site presents information about DataFilter’s approach to data refining, AI-assisted analysis, and related services operated under SC Algo MediaSOFT SRL. Unless we enter a separate written agreement, nothing on the Site constitutes an offer or binding contract.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Site for lawful business purposes. You must not:

  • attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site or any related system;
  • use automated means to scrape or harvest content in a way that degrades service for others;
  • misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
  • upload or transmit malware or other harmful code.

4. Intellectual property

Text, layout, graphics, and branding on the Site are owned by DataFilter / Algo MediaSOFT or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to external resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

6. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Information may change without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SC Algo MediaSOFT SRL and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country remain unaffected where they apply. Courts in Romania shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory rights you may have as a consumer elsewhere in the EU.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
